GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

All confirmed orders are processed within 3-5 business days. The package will be shipped priority by United States Postal Service or UPS ground. Once your order has shipped, A.OK is not responsible for stolen or lost packages or inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.  For International orders, customers may need to pay additional shipping and import fees to receive the package depending on the country. 

 

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact ao@feelingaok.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. 

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at ao@feelingaok.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving for further assistance.
