Each product goes through quality control before being individually packaged to the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect that no damage has occurred during shipping before applying any products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to also contact A.OK with questions before placing an order relating to ingredients for topical products if there is any health or allergy concerns. A.OK assumes no responsibility for our products application, use, storage or maintenance: the buyer is responsible for proper care and application. In no case will A.OK Provisions LLC (our owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, vendors) be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct or indirect damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of data, replacement costs, loss of money or any similar damages. You may not use our products for any unauthorized purpose, such as resale. 

A.OK body oil is for topical use only. 

We cannot retroactively apply a discount once your order has been placed. If you have put the wrong address or need to amend your order - contact us immediately to try to fix. If the order has already been processed, there is nothing we can do. A.OK cannot add additional items to your order or process credit card payments over the phone.
